Its recent state-of-the-art renovation carefully preserves the authentic ambiance of a Sea-Captain house. The adorned facade, expansive living room, vaulted ceilings, timeless chandeliers, meticulously crafted oak floors with uniquely sized strips, as well as the presence of rare antique furniture and Venetian mirrors, all contribute to maintaining the mansion’s glorious character. The recent refurbishment successfully blends the island’s finest traditional architectural elements in an authentic yet contemporary fashion.

Villa Blue Edge in Oia Santorini is an expansive luxury residence, particularly notable given the island’s standards, boasting approximately four hundred square meters of space. The mansion is structured across five levels, encompassing the ground floor, first floor, terrace, Jacuzzi level, and basement. This multi-level layout contributes to the grandeur and spaciousness of the property, providing diverse areas for accommodation and leisure.

The living room of Oia Mansion is a generously designed space characterized by high cross-vaulted ceilings, textured beige walls, authentic wooden floors, and a large sculptured Venetian mirror. This area holds historical significance, having hosted legendary “vengeras,” which were evening parties of the era featuring dinner, music, and dancing. The ambiance of the living room reflects a bygone era, adding to the charm and historical richness of Oia Mansion.

The ground floor features the Sea-Captain’s suite with a king-size built-in bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom, as well as Myrtalis’ suite with a king-size double bed and en suite bathroom. Both rooms have access to the terrace.

On the first floor, the Aegean bedroom boasts a private balcony with sunset views, while Nicoletta’s bedroom overlooks the inner yard. Both share a bathroom with a skylight window. The mansion accommodates up to eight people in various bed configurations, providing a breathtaking terrace and stunning views.
